Our Products ( Industrial  Blades , Knives & Cutters) are :

• Made from best imported steel with suitable hardness
• Made as per customer specifications whether it is of hardfacing welding,  High Carbon High Chromium Steel (HCHCr) tip brazed ,  High Speed Steel (HSS) tip brazed, Solid carbon tool steel and HCHC Steel ,  Tungsten Carbide (TCT) Tip.
• After Proper research it has been found that welded blades of other brands include usage of poor quality electrodes to reduce cost but this leads to cracks while cutting as required hardness is not maintained & life of blade is reduced.
• HIRCO Brand blades include certified Hardfacing welding which maintains required hardness & quality for cutting & retains a fine cutting edge for a long time.
• All products are properly heat treated to give uniform hardness & maximum cutting performance.
• Precision grinding done to the exact tolerance as required.
• Sharpening & re-sharpening done using cutting oil which is essential to avoid crack and maintain accurate grinding.
• Testing & inspection done at all stage of production to ensure that the high standards are maintained.
